Rep. Higgins Advocates for Innovative Materials in Infrastructure Projects

I testified in front of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture today. As we search for ways to fund sorely needed infrastructure projects throughout America, we need to make sure the government is open to using new & modern materials. The competition of a free market will drive down costs and allow more projects to be completed. It’s just common sense!
