WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) received the Champion of Limited Government Award from the Institute for Legislative Analysis for his unwavering support in reducing the size of our federal government.
The Institute measures how federal and state lawmakers adhere to limited government principles of the Constitution.
“The federal government’s regulatory authority is weaponized against the American people,” said Congressman Higgins. “Over the years, federal bureaucratic oppression has increasingly targeted the rights and wealth of everyday Americans. I will always stand with We the People, and fight to reduce the scope and size of the federal government.”
