WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) is inviting high school students throughout Louisiana’s 3rd District to participate in the 2019 Congressional Art Competition.

Students may participate even if they are not enrolled in a formal art program. The deadline for students to submit artwork is April 12, 2019.
Winning artwork will be displayed for one year as part of a national exhibition in the U.S. Capitol.
