WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) voted to pass S. 619, which would require the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) to declassify all information relating to the origins of COVID-19 and its links to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
“The past three years caused a major strain on our nation and its people. Our country is fraught with the aftermath of serious lockdowns, and there is a good chance that we may never fully recover from the devastations of government overreach in response to COVID-19,”said Congressman Higgins. “I have long said that the virus likely originated from a Wuhan lab and the evidence has grown in support of that hypothesis. Unfortunately, these truths have been hidden from us. The American people deserve to know the facts about the origins of COVID-19 so that we can continue to move forward from its devastating effects.”
This legislation was first introduced and passed in the Senate and now comes to the House for final passage.
