Lafayette, LA – Congressman Clay Higgins’ office, in conjunction with the New Orleans Passport Center, will hold a Passport Acceptance Event in Lafayette on March 26. This event will allow those looking to update their passport to do so expeditiously and avoid many of the processing delays that plagued travelers last year.

- Payment for Application Fees (Checks or Money Orders only)
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship
- Identification
- Passport Photo

“With the summer fast approaching, we want to ensure that the people of South Louisiana have the proper tools to travel the world,” said Congressman Higgins. “Last year, my office received a record number of passport cases, as processing backlogs threatened constituents’ travel plans. We are ready to assist, and this event will bring passport services directly to our constituents.”
