WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) released a public service announcement today asking Louisiana citizens to report flood and other weather-related losses at DAMAGE.LA.GOV. This will help state and local officials as they prepare a formal disaster request for this week’s severe weather.
