LAFAYETTE, LA – Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) received a 98% score in the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste (CCAGW) 2019 Congressional Ratings. The organization is dedicated to protecting taxpayer dollars and eliminating mismanagement in government.
