WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) announced today that the DeQuincy Industrial Airpark Airport will receive $150,000 in funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration. The grant will be used to reconstruct 17,519 feet of existing perimeter fencing.

Congressman Higgins released the following statement:

“The DeQuincy Industrial Airpark is a major asset for the city. Infrastructure investments like this ensure that our local airfields can continue to operate safely and support local commerce.”
