“The acquittal of a convicted felon who had been deported from the United States five times is a disgrace to our justice system. As a nation, we must enforce the law and crackdown on the sanctuary cities that harbor these criminals. Securing our borders and combating illegal immigration are essential to keeping our communities safe. That’s why I’m battling in Congress to support frontline defenders with the manpower and resources needed to fortify our southern border.”
