The bill requires state and local governments that receive grant funds from the Department of Justice for pretrial services programs to submit a detailed report to the Attorney General.

WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Clay Higgins’ (R-LA) office is excited to announce that Louisiana’s third congressional district will be participating in the 2017 Congressional App Challenge (CAC), an app development competition for students in high school and below.
Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) will host a town hall this week in Youngsville, LA. The event is open to the public. Congressman Higgins will answer questions and provide a brief update from his first seven months in Congress.
